Trader consensus reflects a razor-thin 50% implied probability for Luka Pavlovic in his Mexico City Challenger clay semifinal against Stefano Napolitano, underscoring their parallel hot streaks after grueling quarterfinal wins on April 10. Seventh seed Pavlovic (No. 200), the towering 6-5 server thriving at high altitude, staged a dramatic comeback from a set down and 2-5 in the decider to outlast local hero Rodrigo Pacheco Mendez 2-6, 6-4, 7-6(1). Unseeded Napolitano (No. 302) countered by upsetting second seed Tristan Schoolkate 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 with stout baseline defense. No ATP head-to-head exists, balancing Pavlovic's ranking edge against Napolitano's veteran clay prowess; fatigue from marathon matches or pre-semifinal injury reports could tip the scales.
