**Northeast winds from a strengthening high-pressure system over northern China are moderating temperatures in Busan, keeping the September 10 daytime maximum centered near 25–26°C according to the latest Korea Meteorological Administration guidance and international model consensus.** Partly cloudy skies with minimal rain risk and breezy northeasterly flow (15–25 km/h) are limiting daytime heating, consistent with the seasonal shift toward early autumn maritime air. Historical climatology for early September shows average highs near 26–27°C, but recent observations and short-range forecasts indicate slightly cooler conditions than the prior weekend’s warmer inland readings. Model runs from sources including globalmeteo, WeatherBug, and Met Office cluster around 24–26°C, supporting the market’s heavy weighting toward 26°C (51%) and 27°C (28.5%), while lower probabilities for 25°C or 28°C reflect residual uncertainty in exact wind strength and cloud cover. Updated KMA briefings and next model cycles tomorrow morning will provide the final observational data for resolution.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=rkpk
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
