**Trader consensus in the Seattle highest-temperature market centers on 66-67°F (43% implied probability) as the leading outcome, followed closely by 68-69°F and 64-65°F ranges, aligning with National Weather Service and model guidance projecting a daytime high in the mid-to-upper 60s Fahrenheit on September 23.** Partly sunny conditions, light southwest winds, and minimal cloud cover are expected to support modest daytime warming without strong advection or clear-sky radiative effects that could push readings higher. Recent NWS point forecasts and ensemble runs show consistency in this range, with no significant model spread or incoming weather systems altering the outlook before the observation window closes. Historical September climatology places average highs near 70°F, but the current cooler pattern—marked by marine influence and the approach of a frontal system later in the week—anchors probabilities toward these moderate values. Updated model guidance and official NWS briefings over the next 48 hours remain the key catalysts that could shift market-implied odds.
