Mercedes' early-season dominance in the 2026 F1 Drivers' Championship has positioned George Russell (43.5%) and teammate Kimi Antonelli (30.5%) as overwhelming trader favorites, with the duo comprising the top two in standings after three Grands Prix—Antonelli leading on 72 points from China and Japan victories, Russell close on 63 via his Australian GP win. Russell's higher implied probability reflects his experience, racecraft, and consistency as the established Mercedes leader amid new regulations favoring their power unit, while rookie Antonelli faces scrutiny after back-to-back poles and wins, with pundits urging Russell to adopt a more aggressive stance in their intra-team battle. Trailing drivers like Charles Leclerc (49 points, 6.6%) and Lewis Hamilton (41 points, 3.5%) highlight Ferrari and others' struggles, underscoring Mercedes' constructor lead and the tight title fight ahead.
