Arévalo and Pavić, the fourth seeds and former doubles world No. 1s, enter this HSBC Championships quarterfinal on London grass after a dominant first-round win over Ram and Salisbury. The El Salvador-Croatia pairing brings extensive major experience, including multiple Grand Slam titles and a recent Miami crown that completed the Sunshine Double. Bhambri and Venus, a reunited duo with prior grass-court success and a strong 2025 US Open run, face a significant ranking and consistency gap but benefit from Venus’s left-handed serve-volley game suiting the surface. The matchup pits Arévalo/Pavić’s proven team chemistry and recent momentum against the Indian-New Zealander pair’s potential for opportunistic play in a single-elimination setting.
