Rebecca Sramkova enters this ITF Zagreb encounter as the clear favorite against local Croatian Iva Primorac, driven by a substantial ranking and experience gap. The Slovakian, ranked near No. 120 on the WTA Tour, brings recent main-draw experience from events including the Australian Open and Makarska Open, where she has competed against higher-level opposition on clay. Primorac, ranked well outside the top 500, operates primarily at the ITF level with limited success against established professionals. Surface familiarity and home-crowd support offer Primorac modest situational edges, yet Sramkova’s superior power, consistency, and match fitness create a wide competitive divide typical in early-round ITF fixtures. No major injury concerns have surfaced for either player ahead of the June 10 matchup.
