Mercedes' commanding lead in the 2026 F1 Constructors' Championship, with 135 points after four rounds including victories in the opening three Grands Prix and China's sprint, underpins their 76.5% implied probability as trader consensus favorite. Kimi Antonelli and George Russell have delivered consistent podiums and wins, exploiting superior power unit performance and clean-air pace under new regulations, maintaining a 0.5-second qualifying edge over nearest rival Ferrari (90 points from Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton). Ferrari trails by 45 points despite strong starts, while McLaren (46 points) fades amid inconsistency; Red Bull languishes on 16 points after 2025 title focus hampered RB22 development. Rivals' FIA-targeted qualifying loophole ban ahead of Miami underscores Mercedes' unmatched early-season dominance, though convergence remains possible via upgrades.
