This market will resolve according to which map is played the fewest times across all official matches of VALORANT Champions 2026 (also known as VCT Champions 2026), currently scheduled for September 24 to October 18, 2026, in Shanghai, China. The competitive map pool for VALORANT Champions 2026 consists of Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset. Every completed map in every official match of the tournament (Group Stage and Playoffs) counts once, regardless of its result or whether it went to overtime. Maps that are forfeited or awarded without being played do not count. A map in the pool that is not played at all counts as having been played zero times. If two or more maps are tied for the fewest plays, this market will resolve to the map whose name comes first alphabetically. If the map played the fewest times is not listed in this market (e.g., due to a map pool change), this market will resolve to "Other". If VALORANT Champions 2026 is canceled or postponed such that it has not concluded by November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source for this market will be the official match results and per-map statistics on vlr.gg (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2766/valorant-champions-2026). However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Recent map rotations have stabilized a seven-map pool for VALORANT Champions 2026 in Shanghai, featuring Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset after Breeze exited and Abyss returned in Act 5. Summit's mid-round wall mechanics and Sunset's mid control add fresh strategic variance, while established maps like Ascent and Lotus retain strong pro comfort levels. With the event format relying on best-of-three and best-of-five series with standard bans, pick rates depend on team meta preferences, regional styles, and counter compositions rather than any single dominant map. This equilibrium leaves all outcomes closely contested in trader consensus, as no clear underperformer has emerged from recent VCT stages.
