This market will resolve to the manager who wins the 2026 National League Manager of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the manager whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Walt Weiss and Pat Murphy lead the tightly contested 2026 NL Manager of the Year market because their teams sit atop the standings with elite records and run differentials entering the final month. Weiss, in his first season managing the Braves after succeeding Brian Snitker, has guided Atlanta to an 82-57 mark and the NL East lead despite injuries, earning credit for bullpen management and roster continuity that exceeded preseason expectations. Murphy, seeking a historic three-peat after back-to-back wins, has steered the Brewers to MLB’s best record at 86-53 and the NL Central title with strong overall performance. The narrow gap between their implied probabilities reflects voter emphasis on both sustained excellence and first-year impact amid a competitive field where other managers trail significantly.
