Pavel Kotov enters the ATP Challenger Busan round-of-32 matchup on hard courts as trader consensus favorite against higher-ranked Yi Zhou (No. 220), reflecting Kotov's 1-0 head-to-head edge from their 2024 Beijing hard-court clash and superior ATP experience with a career-high No. 50 ranking. Kotov (No. 262) shows solid recent Challenger momentum, including deep runs in prior events, while rising Chinese talent Zhou qualified through but faces stylistic challenges against Kotov's baseline power and consistency. No major injury reports surfaced pre-match, though weather remains mild; resolution follows standard ATP rules post-final point. High Polymarket volume underscores crowd wisdom pricing Kotov's upset potential despite rankings.
