If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2026-27 AFC Champions League Elite per the rules of the AFC (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 AFC Champions League Elite is cancelled, postponed after May 15, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from the AFC; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The expanded 32-team league phase of the AFC Champions League Elite 2026-27, launching September 14 with an East-West regional split and eight-match schedules per club, has produced a tightly bunched field of contenders. Saudi sides such as Al-Ahli, Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, and Al-Qadsiah carry substantial resources and recent domestic dominance, while Japanese clubs including Kashima Antlers, Vissel Kobe, and Gamba Osaka leverage J.League form and continental experience. Korean representatives like Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and Pohang Steelers add further depth. The format’s top-eight advancement per region, combined with historical title parity across associations, keeps implied probabilities clustered as no single side has established clear separation entering the opening matchdays.
