In the Savannah Challenger final on outdoor clay, No. 2 seed Nishesh Basavareddy (world No. 177), a 20-year-old former Stanford standout seeking his third Challenger title, faces 17-year-old American Jack Kennedy (No. 582), who reached his first Challenger final as a junior wildcard after a breakout run. Kennedy upset former top-5 player Kei Nishikori 6-3, 6-7(3), 6-0 in the round of 16, then grinded past Nick Hardt 7-5, 7-5 and Kilian Feldbausch 7-6(2), 6-3 in the semifinals, building on his M15 Boca Raton clay title earlier this month. Basavareddy advanced steadily, dropping just one set before straight-set wins over Andy Andrade and Daniel Elahi Galan. No head-to-head exists; Kennedy's momentum challenges Basavareddy's ranking and experience edge in this all-American clash.
