In the BMW Open qualifying second round on Munich's outdoor clay courts, No. 180 Vitaliy Sachko holds a clear edge over No. 729 Max Hans Rehberg as trader consensus reflects his higher ranking, greater ATP experience, and fresh momentum from a straight-sets Q1 win over Damir Dzumhur (7-5, 6-4) on April 11. The 28-year-old Ukrainian boasts a solid career clay record despite a 3-9 YTD ATP mark, contrasting Rehberg's 0-4 ATP slate and recent ITF-level losses, though the 22-year-old German benefits from home-crowd energy and a career-high of No. 230 last year. No head-to-head history exists, with dry, mild weather (16°C highs) favoring uninterrupted play; late scratches remain a wildcard.
