Traders overwhelmingly favor BTS's "Arirang" first-week album sales falling under 800k units at 86.5% implied probability, driven by the group's full hiatus as all seven members complete mandatory South Korean military service through mid-2025. Absent live promotions, fan events, or variety show appearances—key drivers of ARMY's historic mobilization for 2m+ debuts like "Proof"—pre-order data on Hanteo and Circle charts signals muted demand. Recent confirmations of the last enlistments, coupled with HYBE's pivot to solo acts amid global K-pop market saturation, have eroded optimism for higher bins, positioning 800k-900k ranges as distant runners-up at under 10% combined odds. Economic headwinds further cap collector spending.
