If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish 17th in the 2025-26 English Premier League (e.g. they mathematically cannot finish in 17th), the associated market will resolve to "No". If the 2025-2026 English Premier League season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 17th place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the EPL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Leeds United hold a precarious 15th in the Premier League table on 36 points after a crucial 2-1 win at Manchester United—their first top-flight victory since February—six points clear of 18th-placed Tottenham Hotspur on 30. Nottingham Forest sit 16th with 33 points following a gritty 1-1 home draw against Aston Villa, while West Ham climbed to 17th on 32 points via a dominant 4-0 thrashing of Wolves, whose loss cemented their drop plight. Spurs' 1-0 defeat at Sunderland has intensified pressure amid Roberto De Zerbi's early tenure, as Forest hunt a fourth manager post-Dyche. With six games left, including six-pointers like Forest vs Burnley and Spurs vs Leeds, traders' near-even implied probabilities around 40% capture the razor-thin margins in points, goal difference, and run-ins keeping 17th place fiercely contested.
