Alphabet (GOOGL) shares have traded in a tight range near $344–345 following the July 22 Q2 earnings release that delivered 24% revenue growth to $119.8 billion and an 82% surge in Google Cloud, yet triggered an after-hours sell-off on the raised 2026 capex guidance of $195–205 billion for AI infrastructure. With the stock down from its May peak above $400 and market capitalization near $4.2 trillion, daily closes today hinge on broad equity sentiment, Treasury yields, and tech-sector rotation rather than company-specific catalysts. Traders price in modest volatility around current levels, reflecting sustained AI spending pressures offset by resilient search and cloud demand.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
If the specified day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price.
