Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket has locked in 100% implied probability for a highest temperature of 19°C in London on April 30, driven by the Met Office's official daily records confirming this maximum at key monitoring stations like Heathrow Airport, under mild spring conditions with partial cloud cover limiting solar heating. Synoptic charts showed a weak high-pressure ridge over the UK, suppressing temperatures below 20°C amid light winds and average humidity, consistent with April climatology where daily highs rarely exceed 20°C absent heatwaves. Realistic challenges would require a post hoc data audit revealing measurement errors at secondary sites or unverified outlier readings, though such revisions are exceedingly rare in verified meteorological datasets; final resolution awaits any late updates from the Met Office.
