Recent official PAGASA outlooks and ensemble model guidance indicate a 32–33°C high for Manila on September 24 under the southwest monsoon, with 70–80% rain chances and persistent cloud cover that limits solar heating. High humidity and scattered thunderstorms—typical of the Habagat season—create the main uncertainty, as heavier convection or prolonged overcast can cap daytime peaks near 31°C while brief clear spells allow brief warming toward 34°C. Trader sentiment clusters tightly around these values because historical September maxima in Metro Manila average near 30–32°C, and the next 48-hour forecast updates from PAGASA and global models will refine cloud and precipitation timing ahead of market resolution.
