Stamatova has shown recent competitive form on the same Serbian clay surface, advancing through qualifying and reaching later stages in prior W15 events there, while Plosnik brings limited senior-level results and a stronger junior background. The surface favors baseline consistency where the veteran’s head-to-head edge and match toughness typically translate, though the younger player’s athleticism creates realistic upset potential if Stamatova’s movement is restricted.
