Meta's stock has rebounded sharply from post-earnings lows near $520 after its July 29 Q2 report showed revenue growth of 28% to $60.8 billion but an EPS miss tied to elevated AI infrastructure spending guidance of $130–145 billion for the year. Analyst notes from Morgan Stanley and others have reassured investors on the long-term economics of Meta's data center buildout and open-weight large language model releases, such as the recent Muse Glimmer initiative, supporting a recovery toward the $590–600 range amid broader tech sector gains. Regulatory pressures, including a recent New Mexico youth-safety ruling adding hundreds of millions in liabilities, add downside risk, while no major catalysts are scheduled before the August 14 close. Trader sentiment reflects cautious optimism around AI monetization progress versus near-term margin compression.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
If the specified day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price.
