This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 American League Cy Young Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Cam Schlittler holds a clear lead in the 2026 AL Cy Young market at 63.1% implied probability, driven by his Yankees dominance with a 2.19 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, 189 strikeouts over 152 innings, and roughly 5.0 WAR. Dylan Cease sits at 32.3% as the primary challenger with the Blue Jays, posting comparable strikeout rates and ERA marks alongside multiple shutout and no-hit bid outings that have kept the race tight. Sonny Gray and Logan Gilbert trail far behind at single-digit percentages due to solid but less dominant seasons. Recent head-to-head scheduling, including their August series, and Schlittler’s consistent command have reinforced trader consensus around these two, while injuries to established arms like Tarik Skubal and Garrett Crochet have narrowed the field. The contest remains fluid with roughly six weeks left, as late surges or regression could still shift outcomes.
