Nagal endured a grueling three-set qualifying final loss to Diego Dedura-Palomero on April 12, including a medical timeout for possible hamstring tightness, compounding his injury history and fatigue on the demanding outdoor clay at MTTC Iphitos. Absent head-to-head history amplifies the mismatch. Realistic shifts include Cerundolo's unforeseen withdrawal or injury, though upsets at this disparity remain exceedingly rare.
