Recent ensemble forecasts from European meteorological models indicate a likely maximum temperature of 24–25°C in Paris on September 19, supporting the market's leading implied probabilities for those outcomes. A broad high-pressure ridge over western Europe is expected to limit daytime heating while allowing clear skies, consistent with climatological norms for mid-September when average highs hover near 22–24°C. Minor model spread arises from uncertainty in the exact position of an approaching Atlantic trough, which could trim or add a degree depending on timing. Updated runs from Météo-France and ECMWF over the past 48 hours have shown little shift, keeping trader consensus anchored around these values ahead of final verification.
