Trader consensus prices a slim chance of Epstein Data Set 13 release by April 30, driven by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche's early April declaration that the DOJ has disclosed all Epstein files—3.5 million pages under the Epstein Files Transparency Act—ending further disclosures. No official evidence confirms Data Set 13's existence amid online speculation of hidden batches 13-23. Recent House Oversight subpoenas to former AG Pam Bondi yielded no testimony, while the DOJ Inspector General's April 23 audit probes compliance delays and redactions but offers no timeline for new releases before the deadline. Absent late-breaking directives, structural barriers favor non-resolution.
