Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a high-pressure system dominating the region, with light northerly to westerly winds and mostly cloudy skies on September 12 limiting daytime heating in the Seoul-Incheon area. This setup favors maximum temperatures near 25–26°C, aligning with the closely matched market-implied odds, as partial cloud cover and modest humidity (around 60–70%) constrain warming compared to clearer conditions. Historical September highs average 25–26°C locally, providing context for the tight clustering between 24–27°C outcomes. Updated model runs and official briefings over the next 48 hours will refine exact peak values amid typical short-range forecast variability.
