Trader consensus in the Seoul/Incheon highest-temperature market centers on 25–26°C, reflecting official forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and supporting models that project a daytime maximum near those levels on September 11 under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, light northwesterly winds, and minimal moisture. These conditions favor gradual daytime warming from overnight lows around 17–19°C without significant cloud cover or precipitation to suppress temperatures. Model agreement remains high for this late-summer pattern, though small variations in boundary-layer mixing or timing of any afternoon cloud build-up could shift the exact peak by 1°C. Historical September averages near 26°C provide additional context for the narrow spread between the top two outcomes.
