Trader sentiment on the AI bubble remains resilient amid record venture funding of $300 billion in Q1 2026, with AI startups capturing over 65% of deal value, signaling sustained investor enthusiasm for large language models and infrastructure despite profitability concerns. NVIDIA's fiscal Q1 2026 earnings showcased 78% year-over-year revenue growth to $44 billion, driven by unrelenting demand for AI chips like Blackwell, countering narratives of an imminent pop. Discussions highlight risks from capital concentration in a few hyperscalers—echoing dot-com patterns—and escalating data center costs, but no verified bust has materialized in the past month. Watch Q2 earnings from Big Tech and AI safety summits for potential catalysts shifting implied probabilities.
