Paris Saint-Germain commands a commanding position atop the Ligue 1 table with 63 points from 27 matches, four points clear of second-place Lens (59 points from 28) and boasting a dominant +38 goal difference (61-23), reflecting their squad depth and clinical attack amid recent form of W W L W W, including a 3-1 win over Toulouse on April 3. Lens, buoyed by a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory against 10-man Toulouse on April 17, stays in distant contention but stumbled with a 3-0 derby loss to Lille earlier this month, hindering their title chase. The postponed Lens-PSG clash until May 13 aids PSG's schedule amid Champions League demands. Realistic challenges include a PSG injury crisis or multi-game skid, coupled with Lens winning nearly all remaining fixtures to capitalize on any slips.
