Aryna Sabalenka's commanding Sunshine Double—claiming Indian Wells by saving a match point against Elena Rybakina in the final and defending her Miami Open title over Coco Gauff—has solidified her as trader consensus favorite at world No. 1 with a 23-1 record, her power game thriving on hard courts ahead of the US Open surface. Rybakina remains a close challenger as No. 2 after her Indian Wells runner-up finish and Australian Open title earlier, while Linda Noskova's semifinal run at Indian Wells propelled her to No. 14 and breakout status with recent wins over top seeds. Rising star Victoria Mboko at No. 10 boasts a 19-6 mark from her meteoric climb, but Iga Swiatek lags at No. 4 due to hard court inconsistencies, including an early Miami exit to unheralded Magda Linette. The wide-open field reflects balanced matchups, recent form, and surface affinities shaping probabilities.
