Current National Weather Service forecasts for Seattle on September 20 indicate overnight lows near 52–53°F under partly clear skies and light northerly winds, consistent with typical early-fall radiational cooling moderated by Puget Sound marine influence. Recent model consensus and observational trends from the past 48 hours support this range, though variable fog formation or brief wind shifts could push minima several degrees lower in localized areas. Historical September overnight averages hover around 51–54°F, providing context for the elevated implied probability on 52–53°F (30%) alongside the leading 45°F-or-below outcome (46%), which traders appear to weight due to tail-risk cooling scenarios. Updated NWS briefings and next model runs will refine these thresholds ahead of resolution.
