Recent forecasts for September 19 point to southwest monsoon-driven thundery showers and increased cloud cover that typically cap daytime highs near or slightly above Singapore’s September climatological average of 31.6 °C. Official Meteorological Service Singapore guidance for the second half of the month anticipates most daily maxima between 33–34 °C, with localized peaks near 35 °C possible on drier days, yet short-range models consistently show 31–32 °C for the 19th amid 60–70 % storm chances. Trader consensus reflected in the 49.5 % implied probability for 32 °C and 26.5 % for 31 °C aligns with these moisture-laden conditions that historically suppress extremes, while the 21.5 % on 33 °C captures residual upside risk if showers remain isolated. Updated model runs and the next official fortnightly outlook will provide the clearest near-term signals.
