This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the champion of the Copa Libertadores. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Copa Libertadores per the rules of Copa Libertadores (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 12, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Copa Libertadores; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Palmeiras holds a slim edge in trader consensus at 52.5% implied probability over defending champions Flamengo at 49.5% for the Copa Libertadores title, fueled by Verdão's scorching Brazilian Serie A form, including a dramatic 2-1 road win at Bahia on April 5 that extended their lead atop the standings with eight wins in 10 matches. Flamengo, fresh off their 2025 final triumph over Palmeiras, sits seventh domestically but boasts squad depth and top-seed status in the favorable Group A alongside Estudiantes LP, Cusco FC, and Independiente Medellín. Palmeiras enjoys a similarly navigable Group F path against Cerro Porteño, Atlético Junior, and Sporting Cristal. The razor-thin gap reflects both clubs' knockout pedigree, historical dominance, and potential home advantages in aggregate ties, while contenders like LDU Quito, Nacional, and Libertad linger at 19.5% on upset potential and group momentum ahead of Matchday 1 starting April 7.
