Hacks' record 24 Emmy nominations for its final season have established it as the clear comedy frontrunner, fueling trader expectations for multiple wins in series, acting, writing, and directing categories. Jean Smart's ongoing dominance in lead actress and strong supporting nods for Hannah Einbinder, combined with guild-level recognition and the show's critical momentum, position 2-3 victories as the consensus outcome ahead of the September 14 ceremony. While final-season campaigns often deliver a handful of trophies, competition from other comedy contenders and the spread of technical categories limit the likelihood of larger hauls, aligning with the 58% implied probability for that range.

This market will resolve according to the number of Emmys won by "Hacks," or by people for their roles in "Hacks," awarded during the live Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, expected to be held on September 14, 2026. Awards presented at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards (September 5–6, 2026) will not count toward this market's resolution.
Each award will count once even if it has multiple recipients.
If the Primetime Emmys are partially awarded by September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve according to the number of awards won by the specified show up until that point. If, for any reason, no winners are declared by September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Emmys, including data from their websites (e.g. https://theemmys.tv/, https://www.televisionacademy.com/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
