Stricker advanced via qualifiers, including a 6-2, 6-3 second-round qual win, before grinding out a 6-3, 6-7(1), 6-2 victory over Andrej Nedic, potentially facing fatigue on the high-altitude clay. With no head-to-head history, Jarry's superior clay record (career 56% win rate) and recent momentum outweigh Stricker's ITF title run on indoor hard courts earlier in 2026, though the Swiss' aggressive baseline game poses upset potential if Jarry's inconsistent season (1-2 on clay YTD) resurfaces.
