Alycia Parks, ranked No. 93 with a 10-11 YTD record on the WTA Tour, enters as the clear experience edge over No. 335 Eva Bennemann in the first-round qualifying at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix on indoor clay courts. Parks' recent form shows a second-round loss to Iva Jovic in Charleston last week, following defeats to top players like Coco Gauff and Qinwen Zheng in Miami and Doha, highlighting inconsistency but superior level exposure. Bennemann, an 18-year-old German wildcard, holds an 8-8 mark mostly from ITF events, with her latest R16 exit at W35 San Gregorio on March 26; home crowd support could boost her, though this marks their head-to-head debut. No injuries reported, emphasizing Parks' ranking advantage amid qualifier volatility.
