The NFC North enters 2026 as one of the NFL’s most competitive divisions, with all four teams posting winning records in 2025. Trader consensus prices the Detroit Lions as the narrow favorite at 35.5% largely due to their easiest schedule on paper, combined with expected regression after a 9-8 campaign derailed by injuries and one-score losses despite strong underlying metrics. The Green Bay Packers sit at 26% on the back of consistent playoff appearances, Jordan Love’s development, and defensive talent, though questions around Micah Parsons’ recovery timeline and secondary depth cap their edge. Chicago Bears (24%) benefit from Ben Johnson’s offensive system and Caleb Williams’ growth following their 2025 division title but face a tougher slate and potential regression. Minnesota Vikings (16.5%) trail amid quarterback transition uncertainty with Kyler Murray. Preseason injury reports and roster trimming across all clubs underscore health as the pivotal variable in this tightly contested race.
