In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed security during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Pyth. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Pyth after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market will be Pyth, specifically the "Close" values for the relevant 1-minute candle available at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.AMZN%2FUSD.Amazon's share price action into July 22 centers on its position relative to key technical levels after recent trading sessions, with implied volatility and options positioning influencing close probabilities. Broader equity market momentum, Treasury yield movements, and sector rotation in technology names remain primary drivers, as traders assess momentum from the latest earnings release and forward guidance. Macro data releases and any after-hours corporate updates could shift sentiment ahead of the close, while historical intraday ranges around earnings provide context for potential resolution thresholds. Market-implied odds reflect aggregated capital at risk, underscoring uncertainty typical in single-day equity resolutions.
