Collignon, ranked higher at world No. 62, arrives with momentum after straight-set victories over Aleksandar Vukic and Ben Shelton, demonstrating strong serving and aggressive returns that suit the slower conditions. Neither player holds a head-to-head record, leaving recent form and clay-court adaptation as primary differentiators. The five-set format on Court 14 introduces fatigue considerations, particularly for the 25-year-old Italian following extended matches, while Collignon’s 24-year-old profile and recent schedule position him for sustained intensity. Trader consensus reflects these variables through implied probabilities that weigh Collignon’s ranking edge against Arnaldi’s proven Grand Slam resilience.
