With no head-to-head history, pre-match trader consensus favored Bennani slightly due to his recent momentum—a round-of-32 upset over Quentin Halys at Marrakech ATP 250 and Abidjan 1 quarterfinals—contrasting Singh's early Abidjan 1 exit to third seed Florent Bax.
