This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Cy Young Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Jacob Misiorowski of the Brewers holds the clearest edge in the 2026 NL Cy Young market as the consensus leader among qualified starters, posting the lowest ERA near 1.34 alongside elite strikeout totals exceeding 130 and a WHIP below 0.80 through mid-June. His recent complete-game shutout with 15 strikeouts and a record 104.5 mph fastball has reinforced trader positioning ahead of Cristopher Sanchez, whose Phillies performances feature a 1.54–1.82 ERA and strong win totals but slightly higher baserunner allowance. Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and Paul Skenes trail due to innings limits, team context, or league-wide depth in a race defined by sustained dominance rather than early-season flashes. Official injury reports remain clean for the top contenders, with the Brewers-Phillies series underscoring the current hierarchy through head-to-head results.
