This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Most Valuable Player Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Shohei Ohtani holds a commanding 59.5% implied probability for NL MVP, driven by his NL Pitcher of the Month award for March/April (0.60 ERA across five starts) and sustained mound dominance (0.97 ERA, MLB-low early), where traders prize his two-way rarity despite a .248 batting average and six homers; recent first-place votes in MLB's debut 2026 MVP poll solidified his lead two days ago, even after allowing his first homers. Corbin Carroll trails at 7% with a robust .256/.842 slash line and 19 RBIs fueling Diamondbacks' surge, while Dodgers outfielder Andy Pages' blistering .326 average and 27 RBIs (early NL RBI lead) propel his 6% share. The long season ahead, with stat fluctuations and team races key, tempers consensus as challengers like Elly De La Cruz lurk.
