This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Rookie of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.JJ Wetherholt leads the NL Rookie of the Year market at 62.5% implied probability due to his all-around contributions for the Cardinals, including elite baserunning and fielding run values that have produced top-tier fWAR totals among position players. Sal Stewart sits at 28% as the closest challenger after a strong July surge for the Reds that boosted his RBI, home run, and extra-base hit totals, tying him with Wetherholt in the latest MLB.com poll. Both players opened the 2026 season as top prospects and have maintained rookie eligibility while delivering consistent production, though Wetherholt holds a narrow edge in first-place votes and defensive metrics. Lower-priced names such as Bryce Eldridge and others trail significantly, reflecting limited playing time or less dominant statistical impact to date.
