Harry Wendelken enters the Wuning Challenger semifinal on hard courts as the trader-favored contender at world No. 237, leveraging a 1-0 head-to-head edge over Li Tu (No. 416) from a 2023 Surbiton qualifier win and momentum from his Miyazaki Challenger title last week. Wendelken's straight-set quarterfinal defeat of No. 179 seed Clement Chidekh extended his undefeated run in the event—over Filip Peliwo and Sergey Fomin—bolstering his 15-4 2026 hard-court mark amid 27 overall victories. Tu mirrors the no-sets-dropped path, topping Pavle Marinkov, Alastair Gray, and Kody Pearson with 26 aces and minimal breaks conceded, but his form lags Wendelken's recent peaks in this best-of-three matchup with no reported injuries.
