Soutar, a proven ProTour performer with deep runs and finals appearances in 2026 events, brings reliability in leg-winning consistency and head-to-head edge, yet Ayres' strong scoring form and qualifier status create realistic upset potential in a best-of format. Recent schedule spots, rest advantages, and surface-neutral conditions at venues like Leicester Arena further level the field, with any late form dips or standout averages on the day likely to shift the implied probability.
