JD Gaming enters this Bo5 with stronger recent LPL Split 2 form and deeper international experience from earlier 2026 events, including a run to the First Stand grand final. Key roster pieces like Xiaoxu, JunJia, HongQ, GALA, and Vampire have shown consistency in playoffs and group stages. Weibo Gaming counters with proven LPL talent including Zika, Jiejie, Xiaohu, and Elk, though results have fluctuated with occasional losses to mid-tier sides. Head-to-head matches this split have been competitive, with Weibo taking a recent series. The lower-bracket setting raises stakes for both squads seeking the final Esports World Cup China qualifier spot, where patch familiarity and individual execution in extended series often decide advancement.
