Rockstar Games' handling of Grand Theft Auto VI pricing has solidified trader consensus around a "No" outcome at 98% implied probability. Executive comments from Take-Two leadership, consistent analyst tracking, and early retailer listings all point to a standard edition priced at $70–$80, aligning with current AAA benchmarks and the publisher's prior releases. This momentum stems from the absence of any official signals for a premium base price despite the game's massive development budget and delays into late 2026. While special or ultimate editions could reach near or above $100 with added content, the market focuses on the core offering, where historical patterns and verified pre-order expectations make a $100+ standard edition highly improbable absent a last-minute shift in strategy.
