The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Early group stage results from the expanded 48-team FIFA World Cup 2026 are shaping trader views on advancement probabilities, with 12 groups of four teams each sending the top two plus the eight best third-place finishers to the Round of 32. Recent opening fixtures show strong starts for hosts and favorites, including Mexico's 2-0 win over South Africa and England's 4-2 victory over Croatia featuring goals from Kane and Bellingham, while several groups remain tightly contested after one or two matches per side. Key upcoming factors include remaining group fixtures, goal difference tiebreakers, and squad depth amid a compressed schedule across North American venues. Official FIFA standings and injury reports from national team camps will drive further shifts in implied probabilities as the group phase progresses through late June.
