Take-Two Interactive’s repeated official affirmations, including in the August 7 earnings call, anchor the 91.5% market-implied odds against another GTA 6 delay. The publisher tied its full-year financial guidance to the November 19 console launch, opened pre-orders in June with heavy uptake of the premium edition, and scheduled a major Netflix “Extended Look” stream for August 27 that signals active marketing rather than slippage. Rockstar’s history of pushing dates for polish creates the residual risk, yet the combination of locked financial targets, pre-order infrastructure, and an imminent public showcase leaves little room for a surprise postponement before the holiday window.
