Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two Interactive have repeatedly reaffirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI remains firmly on track for its November 19, 2026 release across PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Recent earnings calls highlighted strong development progress and no further revisions to the schedule, following two prior delays that shifted the title from Fall 2025 to May 2026 and then to the current fall window. Traders view the absence of new red flags in official updates, combined with Rockstar’s typical pattern of locking dates closer to launch, as the main driver behind the 80% implied probability that the game will meet its target without another postponement. Marketing momentum, including expected trailer drops this summer, adds further support for on-time delivery.
