Official forecasts from the National Weather Service and major models indicate a high near 100°F for Dallas on September 13 under sunny skies, southerly winds of 5–15 mph, and elevated humidity producing heat indices above 105°F. This aligns with a broader warm pattern featuring multiple days above 100°F earlier in September, well above the 1991–2020 average high of roughly 90°F for the date. The 100–101°F bin leads market-implied odds at 43% because recent model runs show minimal day-to-day variability and no significant frontal passage or increased cloud cover expected before resolution. Minor spread across 98–103°F bins reflects typical forecast uncertainty ranges in temperature predictions.
