Kevin Vallejos’ rapid ascent in the featherweight division after first-round stoppages of Giga Chikadze and Josh Emmett has sharpened focus on his next opponent, with trader sentiment reflecting a tight cluster around mid-tier contenders. Recent reports of potential bouts against the loser of Youssef Zalal versus Aljamain Sterling or Steve Garcia versus Diego Lopes, alongside Vallejos’ interest in Yair Rodriguez, keep probabilities bunched because each matchup offers distinct stylistic challenges and ranking implications. Arnold Allen remains a steady option due to his experience and availability, while the division’s depth and ongoing shakeups around Noche UFC events sustain the competitive spread without a clear frontrunner emerging from confirmed scheduling.
